How your order reaches you?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
First,
 we place your order after the checkout page and process it.
Second,
 your order will be fulfilled (estimated time: 24 hours).
Third,
 we will ship your order with the shipping company and they will contact you to deliver your order with a delivery person (estimated time: 48 hours).
Fourth,
 you can receive your order in the hour you asked for from the shipping company on the same day they contact you, or you can choose a specific day (within 1-5 days) and a specific hour (from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.). The whole process of trying to deliver your order can take from 24 to 120 hours (1-5 days) maximum.
